Biography

Rubik's CubeJeff Copper, MBA, PCC, PCAC, CPCC, ACG, is an attention coach and expert on attention issues, more commonly referred to as Attention Deficit Disorder or ADD/ADHD. As founder of DIG Coaching Practice and the host and founder of Attention Talk Radio and Attention Talk Video, Jeff coaches individuals and entrepreneurs with ADD/ADHD symptoms who are seeking to improve their personal and business results.

As an attention coach, Jeff helps others to overcome information overload, chronic disorganization, ADHD and ADD symptoms, time management problems, impulsivity, and other conditions that may hinder their advancement. His passion stems from his own experience as one who had to learn to manage attention and deal with his own challenges.

It is for these reasons that Jeff developed his Anatomy of Attention construct to help people with ADHD and other attention challenges to regain control and move past the barriers impeding their focus.

Jeff’s methodology is unique. He combines his life coaching skills for the neuro-diverse and his Cognitive Ergonomics From the Inside Out™ construct. He uses Dr. Russell Barkley’s Executive Functioning Construct, along with Jeff’s AttentionScope®, which is a lens he developed to bring tangibility to executive function, remove bias, and make objective observation around the root cause of a problem. Jeff then coaches his clients to discover what works naturally for them. It is an alternative for those drowning in a sea of strategies that are not working. Jeff’s program is a revolutionary new way to help those with ADHD move past the challenges.

Jeff received a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and an MBA from University of Tampa. Jeff is actively involved in the professional ADD/ADHD coaching industry and has obtained professional designations from International Coaches Federation (ICF) and Professional Association for ADHD Coaches. He has completed training certification programs at ADD Coach Academy and Coaches Training Institute.

He is a member of Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA), Children and Adults with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (CHADD), ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO), Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC), ADD Resources, and International Coach Federation.

Jeff resides in Tampa, Florida.
