Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is very much an issue of self-regulation. It manifests in challenges with attention, emotions, and finance. In this episode of Attention Talk Radio, guest host Caroline Maguire (http://necoaching.com) interviews ADHD coach Jeff Copper (http://digcoaching.com) regarding the challenges of digital money and self-regulation. They talk about the negative impact the Internet is having, making it more difficult for those who self-regulate, and offer tips to move forward. If you have ADHD and struggle with money, this is a show you won’t want to miss.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. What is Obvious Depends On What We Attend To (what I call a WODOWWAT). It is hard for most people to “get,” but hundreds of times a day, our own attention obstructs what is obvious. Examples of it are everywhere. The reason you don’t realize it is because you are not looking for evidence that you are attending to the wrong thing; rather, you miss it because you are more focused on looking for evidence, proof that you are attending to the right thing.
